Terms and conditions of sale

Non-contractual photographs

The products and the colours they are available in are described and pictured on the website with the greatest possible accuracy. If, notwithstanding all our precautions, an error is contained in our website, we will not accept any liability for this fact.

The price

The offers and prices are  valid on the day when they are offered on our website. All prices are VAT inclusive, but excluding shipment charges.

Sales contract

The sales contract is generated in the last step before payment, i.e. when you press “Confirm order” in the overview page of your order. By pressing this button you legally and fully accept these general terms and conditions of sale. The sales contract becomes final when it is confirmed by the payment of the price by the buyer. Decostore reserves the right to refuse an order or subject it to additional conditions, for example in case of larger orders, incomplete ordering procedures or problems with previous orders. In this case you will be notified by electronic mail within 24 hours.


By ordering you declare to be aged over 18 and to be responsible for your act of purchase.

Term of delivery

Decostore aims to deliver an order within 4 weeks after receiving the payment, if the products required for your order are in stock. In case of depletion (total, partial, temporary) of the ordered goods Decostore will notify you of the exact status of your order. Any delays in delivery do not entitle the buyer to cancel his purchase or to refuse goods and shall under no circumstances entitle the buyer to a compensation.


The customer accepts the responsibility if the delivery addresses stated was incorrect and accepts that this can give rise to additional costs (such as the cost for redelivery).  In case of errors in the recipient’s address details, Decostore shall not in any case accept liability for the impossibility to deliver the ordered goods. Cases of force majeure which release Decostore from its obligation to deliver include: war, uprising, fire, strike, accidents and impossibility to supply. In that case any costs paid will be refunded to the customer. All deliveries are delivered by UPS.

Loss or damage during transport

In accordance with the law on commercial practices loss of and/or damage to an ordered product will be at the expense of Decostore. However, the customer is responsible for checking the goods received.
In case of damage, the goods will only be repaid or replaced if they are immediately sent back upon receipt. When signing the receipt the customer declares to be satisfied with the goods received and repayment or replacement will no longer be an option. The goods are delivered at home “as is”, in the packaging provided by the manufacturer. Installation or assembly is not included in our delivery scope.

Time to reconsider

Because these are unique products tailor-made to the buyer's needs, time to reconsider does not apply.

Card payments

Decostore processes card payments securely in cooperation with HiPay. Card payments are a safe and easy way of payment for you as a consumer. We, the selling party, will never be given your card or account information. This information is sent securely through a coded link via the HiPay payment gateway to your bank.


Insofar as the terms and conditions and the scope of this guarantee allow so, Decostore will in any case restrict its intervention to replacing faulty items or repayment of the price without the customer being able to claim larger damages. Decostore will never accept liability if a supplier does not comply with his obligations with respect to the guarantee, such as in case of the supplier’s bankruptcy.  Decostore does not accept liability for the loss or material or other damage, of any nature, which the customer or a third party would suffer by using or installing the goods.


Complaints can be filed by e-mail at support@decostore.eu preferably with a digital photograph and a clear description of the complaint. The complaint will be handled within 10 working days.
Please take into account that a colour difference between the photos on our site and the actual product will never be considered a manufacturing mistake and can therefore never be the object of a complaint.
Disputes about the conclusion, the validity, the interpretation or the implementation of a sales contract or of these general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law and are the sole responsibility of the Courts which have jurisdiction at the registered office of Decostore, a division of Blinds & More bvba.


Your personal data are only used by Decostore in the context of the confirmation, invoicing and delivery of your order. Decostore does not provide personal information to third parties.


This site uses non-permanent cookies. These do not contain personal details and do not allow us to identify the user or study user behaviour. Our site recognises the home servers of visitors but not their e-mail address.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Decostore site, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyrights, brands and licences. They are the exclusive property of Decostore and/or third parties. Users who have a site of their own and would like to establish an automatic link between their site and the Decostore site have to request explicit authorisation from Decostore. However, any hypertext link which returns to the Decostore e-site by using framing or inline ink are explicitly forbidden. In any case this link will have to be removed on simple request of Decostore.
